At the great indoor and outdoor gym at Norse Fitness in Clavering I provide personal training on a 1-1, 2-1 or small group basis. Having recently expanded their gym facilities there is ample space for great individual workouts and training programs.

With a background in swimming and weight training I have specific expertise in developing swimmers strokes, strength and endurance and help to target specific areas that the swimmer needs to progress their sport.
Mobility is especially important to swimmers, athletes although everyone benefits from improved mobility. This is what I really like to work on with clients. Improving mobility can improve performance whether it’s aiming for a personal best in your sport to minimising the risk of falling.
