I develop programs for all my clients depending on their needs. Each program is specifically designed for you and takes into consideration any goals you may have, current fitness level, past exercise/training history, time, limitations, lifestyle and other factors.
Programs are always individual to the client and can be anything from single exercise technique checking and training through to ongoing programs to improve general fitness, lose weight, get stronger and more mobile.
With a program everyone has different requirements. For example:
Whatever your goal, I’ll help you with your own program. Starting with a conversation to discuss what you want, find out about your experience, set some goals and agree on what is achievable in a certain period of time.
If you’re not sure how to start or what exactly it is that you want other than just to get fitter or more mobile then that’s fine, together we can define certain steps and goals so you can see the progress you’re making.
As a swimmer, teacher, and coach I help many swimmers by developing programs from weekly training sessions to programs building up to an event my client is aiming for. Some people just want example sessions, others want detailed programs. I can also help with technique advice, strength and conditioning all depending on what my clients end goal is.
I have helped train many triathletes in the swimming part of their event helping them become more efficient in the water, faster, stronger and more proficient in their strokes.
